On rare occasions, we may offer store credit for issues like damaged or missing items — but this is handled case by case. To be considered, email us at inkopolly@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

🚚 Shipping Info

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if approved) is the customer’s responsibility

• Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for return credit
